The cheapest London New Year's Eve river cruise with dinner, music and the best fireworks views

London's New Year's Eve fireworks are famous the world over. But instead of just watching them on the TV, there's an even better way to spend the evening.

Docked just a stone's throw from Temple Station, HMS Wellington has been an iconic feature of the River Thames since 1948. And on Tuesday, December 31, it'll host a special event to celebrate the end of 2024.

Onboard, guests will be given the opportunity to dine - with a view. They'll be greeted by a glass of fizz, with canapés and sandwiches also on offer. A DJ and live entertainment throughout the evening will be on the agenda too.

And when the clock approaches midnight, guests will be invited to head to the upper deck to enjoy spectacular sights of the capital’s fireworks display with another glass of fizz. Tickets cost £239 per person - they can be booked here. Note that this event is for over 18s only.

The event will take place on Tuesday, December 31 at HMS Wellington. It'll start from 9pm, although guests are advised to arrive at 8.45pm and expect some queuing, and will finish at 1am.
