The cheapest postcodes to buy a home in the Bristol region revealed

Uphill is the cheapest place to buy a home in the Bristol region area. Homes in the BS23 postcode area sold for an average of £230,685 each in the 12 months to the end of May.

That means the area in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, was the cheapest postcode area in the region where there were at least 20 sales over the last year.

Kewstoke, also in North Somerset, is the next cheapest place to buy a home. Houses sold for £283,251 each on average in the BS22 postcode area.

That’s followed by BS11 ( Avonmouth ) with an average home sold for £285,921, BS13 ( Bedminster Down) with an average home sold for £290,921 and BS24 (Bleadon) with an average home sold for £303,231.
