Yahoo News Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese Will Be Your New Favorite Dinner Every Night of the Week
That box of mac ‘n cheese in your cabinet is about to look so boring, because there are new Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese boxes that are bursting with flavor! The iconic snack will now be perfectly acceptable for dinner, so what more could you ask for?
Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese is made with corkscrew pasta noodles, inspired by Chester’s cheetah tail, and actual Cheetos cheesiness using the brand’s top-secret seasoning. It comes in three flavors, and each one sounds better than the last. Prepare to cook up a batch of Bold & Cheesy, Flamin’ Hot, and Cheesy Jalapeño macaroni and cheese.
For now, Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese are exclusively available at Walmart stores and online. All three flavors are available in 5.6-ounce boxes ($0.98) and 2.11-ounce single-serve cups. They’re expected to be available at more retailers nationwide in 2021.
“We’ve seen incredible culinary creativity from our Cheetos fans through the years, taking our product and using [it] as an actual ingredient in recipes — whether at restaurants, or now more than ever, at home,” Rachel Ferdinando, SVP, CMO Frito-Lay North America, said in a press release. “Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese borrows that culinary inspiration to provide a mischievous mashup of an ordinary fan favorite. We’re putting our orange-dusted fingerprints on an at-home staple at a time when home mealtime occasions are on the rise.”
Although the Cheetos Mac ‘n Cheese is already filled with enough goodness, you can take it up another notch by adding fresh Cheetos to the top for a crunch. Hey, why shouldn’t we go all out?
