Chelsea forward Eden Hazard says he "doesn't care" about his individual goal record this season.

The 26-year-old has enjoyed a rich vein of form under Antonio Conte, helping take the Blues to the brink of the Premier League title.

Hazard netted his 15th goal of the top-flight campaign in Tuesday's victory over Southampton, courtesy of a drilled effort from the edge of the penalty area.

The Belgian's current tally is the highest he has achieved for Chelsea in a single season, having scored four, 14 (twice) and nine in previous years at Stamford Bridge.

But Hazard is adamant his sole focus is lifting the title rather than improving his individual record.

"I don’t care about the number of goals I get," the Belgian told Chelsea's official website.

"Statistics aren’t important for me. If my goals help my team win games, that’s important.

"I just want to take the trophy at the end of the season. If I can score a few more goals this season that would be good.

"I am happy with what I am doing on the pitch, with my movement and everything," Hazard added.

Chelsea need just four more wins from their five remaining fixtures to win the title.

Conte's side travel to Everton on Sunday afternoon and will be determined to maintain their advantage over nearest challengers Tottenham.
