Chelsea are back in action following the international break as they prepare to head to the ground where they won the Premier League title last season.

Antonio Conte's men will take on West Brom at the Hawthorns on Saturday afternoon, just six months after the Blues' 1-0 win in the same stadium saw them clinch the League title.

This season has been more inconsistent for the defending champions, although their 1-0 win over Manchester United before the international break ensured they remain nine points off leaders Manchester City and, crucially, still in the top four.

Conte will no doubt be asked questions about West Brom and the threat they could pose on Saturday, particularly because of their precarious position in 15th place in the table.

But the Chelsea boss will almost certainly be questioned about David Luiz after he was dropped from Conte's squad for the visit of United.
