Fans of My Chemical Romance have tweeted their frustration after tickets went on sale for the band’s reunion tour..

MCR split in early 2013 but began working together again in 2017. Following a well-received show in LA last December, which marked their first performance since 2012, they began announcing a series of other gigs.

A video titled “The Offering” was posted to their Twitter account on 20 January, showing skeletal figures gathering at a forest clearing. As a figure plunges a dagger into a white satanic star, information on the new tour is revealed.

Tickets went on sale this morning (24 January), with the UK performance taking place at Stadium MK in Milton Keynes on Saturday 20 June.

Shortly after tickets went on sale, the band announced an additional show in Milton Keynes on Sunday 21 June.

However, anxious fans have been expressing their fear that they would miss out on tickets, given the huge demand.

Many joked about being logged onto multiple computers, while others predicted touts would sweep the majority before placing them on resale sites.

Others complained about the price of a ticket, with standing being sold for around £80.

However, plenty of other fans rejoiced as they managed to get their tickets:
