The concert marks perhaps the biggest celebrity-fueled push so far for Biden, 77, in the lead-up to the Nov. 3 presidential election. Several stars have lent their support to already with virtual appearances made amid the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic.

Also in October, various actors from the Avengers film series reunited in support of the Democratic presidential candidate with a virtual fundraiser.

And in September, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and the other cast of HBO's Veep reunited virtually for a fundraiser for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and the Biden-Harris presidential campaign.
