Cheryl fans charmed as Bear's Geordie accent heard in video

Cheryl’s fans were charmed as the star shared a rare video in which her son could be heard speaking in a Geordie accent.

The singer doesn’t often give people a peek a Bear, her three-year-old son with her ex Liam Payne.

But the tot piped up as Cheryl was filming an Instagram Stories video thanking the NHS for everything they are doing amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The former X Factor judge was busy showing off her special rainbow thank you t-shirt when Bear interrupted.

Cheryl had thought he was busy playing, but his little voice could be heard in the background declaring: “I want to eat.”

He also announced that he wanted to go to the park, but mum Cheryl explained that wasn’t possible but that they could go for a walk.

Fans loved hearing Bear speak for the first time.

“Listening to Bear speak on Cheryl’s Instagram story is just so precious!” said one person on Twitter.

Another posted: “Hearing Bear’s voice on Cheryl’s Instagram was the cutest thing. He must be the sweetest little boy.”

“Bear has Cheryl’s Geordie accent!” said another.

One fan tweeted: “I just heard Bear’s little voice on Cheryl’s Instagram Story and I’m sobbing.”

“Cheryl’s story is literally the cutest thing I have ever seen. Bear’s voice is adorable!!! My heaartt!” gushed another.

Cheryl got together with One Direction heartthrob Payne in 2016 and they welcomed Bear the following year.

However, the couple went their separate ways in 2018.
