Does Cheryl – formerly known as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini – want to foxtrott her way over to rival talent show Strictly Come Dancing after she sensationally quit The X Factor?

According to sources the star could have her eyes set on winning the glitter ball trophy and has been offered an eye-watering sum to slip into a pair of Ballroom shoes for the next series.

And judge Bruno Tonioli has made a personal bid to get Chezza to partner up with a professional dancer.

He told the Daily Star newspaper: “I would like to see Cheryl on it. Why not? She is a nice girl. She would be good value. Get her and Joey Essex [on the show]. Can you imagine?“

With years spent touring in Girls Aloud, surely she can booty shake and shimmy across a stage with ease?
