Chimney stacks at a defunct power plant in Conesville, Ohio, were demolished on Sunday, December 19.
Footage by Robert Titus shows three towering concrete stacks imploding and falling to the ground during the demolition at the American Electric Power plant in Conesville. Titus filmed the demolition from two different angles.
The 805-foot towers stood at the coal-fired power plant, which once employed over 500 people, since it opened in 1957, according to local reports. The plant closed in April 2020. Credit: Robert Titus via Storyful
