Yahoo NewsChina Expands Mass Testing in Bid to Control COVID
Mass testing to curb the spread of COVID-19 was ordered in the Chinese cities of Guangzhou and Hangzhou as the capital Beijing tightened restrictions following a rise in cases across the country.
Footage released by local authorities on April 28 shows mass testing underway in Hangzhou, which is home to the e-commerce giant Alibaba.
According to news reports, multiple districts of the city were carrying out tests.
