Chinese officials confiscate sugarcanes to stop elderly vendor from selling goods in middle of road

Officials in eastern China confiscated an elderly vendor's sugarcanes to stop him from selling goods in the middle of a road. Video filmed in the city of Nantong in Jiangsu Province on December 6 shows dozens of officers taking an elderly vendor's sugarcane away. According to reports, the officials in uniforms were from Nantong Jingtong City Appearance Management Co., LTD. Since the officers were rude to the vendor who sold the sugarcanes illegally in the middle of the road. The local authorities investigated the case and decided to visit the elderly man to apologise and terminate their cooperation with Nantong Jingtong City Appearance Management Co., LTD.
