Chris Brown investigated by child protective services

Remember Chris Brown’s 12-hour stand off with police after model Baylee Curran claimed he pulled a gun on her in his house? Well his two-year-old daughter Royalty was at home and in his care at the time and now officials from Los Angeles’ Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has paid the star a visit.

Last month we reported that the Fine China singer had been in an altercation with a woman he’d invited over to his house to audition for a music video. During her visit, Baylee apparently enraged the star when she interrupted a show and tell of a case of diamonds and jewellery.

Royalty’s mum Nia Guzman collected the tot during the altercation with the police and Chris was later arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. But when child services came to follow up the incident on Thursday, the 27-year-old singer reportedly refused to let them passed his security gate.

The news comes after Chris – who spent six years on probation after pleading guilty to attacking his ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 – was refused entry into Japan over the recent incident and had to postpone tour dates in Tokyo despite the fact he hasn’t yet been charged.

And the Yeah 3x star has always maintained his innocence and believes “the truth” about Baylee’s allegations will come out eventually.

He said recently: “I cannot wait till the truth comes to light about this incident and this situation. You know, because my character’s been defaced and who I am as a person and [my] integrity.

“I’m glad all my real supporters know me, and know the truth and see the truth.”
