Elsa Pataky has gushed about her amazing 40th birthday spent with her husband Chris Hemsworth, after she gracefully leapt from the stairs of a private jet today.

The Spanish beauty reached the milestone on Monday in Australia and has shared sweet pictures of her joy at being spoiled by her 32-year-old spouse, who she has been married to for six years.
She penned: “Best birthday ever, thanks for all the birthday wishes! Not sure if @chrishemsworth is attempting to catch me or push me out of the plane here but fun either way!!! @australia #bestimes #love #birthday”
Earlier in the day Chris shared a romantic moment between the loved-up couple and revealed they shared the duties of blowing out the candles of Elsa’s birthday cake.

He captioned the image on Instagram: “Happy birthday to the world’s best wife, greatest mum and all round stunning human!! Love you loads and thanks for letting me help blow out the candles”
Chris and Elsa have daughter India, four, and two-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha together and lived in Los Angeles for the first few years of teir married life, before they relocated to Chris’ native country of Australia.
The heartthrob plays king of the Norse gods Thor in the Marvel universe and is cluckily filming the franchise’s next installment, Thor: Ragnarok, in the Gold Coast not far from their home.
Speaking about adjusting to life there, Elsa told Spain’s Glamour magazine, she said: “As there is a tropical climate and a hippie lifestyle, you often see people walking barefoot on the street. I was quite surprised at first, but now even I walk barefoot sometimes!”
