Chris Hemsworth Rewards Teen Who Reunited Him With His Wallet

One teenager who helped reunite Chris Hemsworth with his lost wallet got a huge surprise on The Ellen Show, as not only did he get to meet the Thor star, but he was also given some of the actor’s cash, too.

Do good deeds, everyone.

Chris recalled the story of losing his valuable wallet in a restaurant to Ellen DeGeneres, explaining: “I went to pick up my wife and daughter from the airport and we were a little early so we were killing some time and went to have something to eat.

“It was a pretty rough little area and we sat down and I left my wallet on the table, and thought ‘I’m never going to get it back, I’m never going to see it again’.”

Little did he know that awesome 17-year-old Tristin Budzyn-Barker, who was in the audience at the taping, was on-hand to do one heck of a good deed, returning the wallet with everything still inside.

Chris revealed: “My business manager contacts me because it’s my address on my licence, and this letter from this young boy which we have here today and he’s found my wallet. He’s a scout.

“So he sent the wallet to me and he said 'P.S. Mum saw you were on Ellen this week and asked if we could have some tickets’.”

Tristin was invited down onto the stage, where Chris gave him money from his wallet (plus a bit extra) and a recommendation letter to help him become an Eagle Scout.

If that wasn’t exciting enough, Ellen, who is also renowned for her generosity on the show, gave the teen $10,000 for college.

Amazing stuff.
