Chris and Rosie Ramsey have opened up about breastfeeding with some hilarious anecdotes after welcoming their second child.
The couple are already parents to five-year-old son Robin, and welcomed baby boy Rafe in January.
Speaking on their Shagged Married Annoyed podcast, Rosie detailed her struggle. "I just can't breastfeed," she said before joking: "My children will not suck on my tits for love nor money! They won't have it."
Rosie, who married the Strictly Come Dancing star in 2014, continued by saying she struggled to feed Robin as her milk didn't come in for ages, but was determined with her second child.
"I really wanted to do it so I was syringing [colostrum] in his mouth but he wouldn't latch so I kept at it.
"Three days and he was getting mad, then we were told he'd lost 13% of his bodyweight and he might have to be hospitalised.
"We had to put him on a bottle but I've been expressing breast milk for four weeks now, so he's been getting breast milk and formula, but he will not suck on my boob and if he does, it hurts.
"I'm at that point now where I think 'How many times am I going to have to wrestle with you for you to suck on my tit and I cannot do it anymore?'"
"I had to go to hospital with him because he'd lost loads of weight," Chris added. "The doctor said what happened. YOU guys have been saying, 'make sure he breastfeeds, he'll get it, he'll get it' and then they are like 'why has he lost weight'.
"You've essentially been giving him a sandwich in a Tupperware that doesn't open for three days and of course he's lost weight."
"My boobs are meant to feed my baby but he doesn't want it. I just thought it would happen," Rosie said before offering words of encouragement for anyone trying.
