Christian Pulisic says there is 'no reason' he will not play in the Premier League in the future amid interest from some of the big six.

Liverpool and Tottenham have previously shown interest in the Borussia Dortmund star, though attentions from Anfield are understood to have cooled, while the USA international has also admitted his admiration for Manchester United.

With his Dortmund contract up in summer 2020, the attacking midfielder conceded there will have to be discussions over his future at some point.

Between injury and competition for places from England youngster Jadon Sancho, who he will face at Wembley on Thursday, Pulisic has played less time than he would have liked this season, but remains one of top prospects in world football.

Pulisic spent a year in England aged 7, playing for Brackley Town near Oxford, and would be keen on a return one day.

"England, the Premier League, is a League where lots of kids dream of playing so there is no reason why maybe one day I won’t play here," he said.

"We are having a great year at Dortmund and I am enjoying every moment of that. Then when the time comes for me to talk in the breaks about my future, then that’s when those things happen.

"Reading these articles [about me], I tend to stay away from that stuff. I know it is going to be there but it is not my priority."

Pulisic will make just his second USMNT appearance of 2018 when he faces England at Wembley on Thursday, having missed the last six through injury.
