Christine McGuinness sets record straight on 'finding soulmate' while living with ex Paddy

Paddy McGuinness' ex-wife Christine McGuinness has set the record straight about seeing her new love interest as her "soulmate" and "partner-in-crime". After parting ways with Top Gear star Paddy in 2022, the 36-year-old confessed that they were still living together for the sake of their three children, as she didn't want to change their routine.

Christine ha since confirmed to Reach PLC that this arrangement is still in place as she enjoys her new world of dating. In this week's Closer Magazine, a source said: "There is life after marriage - Paddy and Christine get on better now than when they were married.

"Christine has the best of both worlds, she's in a good place with Paddy and has also found her best friend who she calls her soul mate and partner-in-crime for life. Christine doesn't do labels - life's about finding a happy place, she doesn't judge and won't be judged - that's where she is in her head these days. Her kids will always be her priority, as well as her mental health," the source added.

The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star has confirmed she is dating, but refuses to put a label on her new-found romance. She said: "I have happily said myself that I am newly dating and I don’t want to say anymore than that for now, as always, I’m keeping my children in mind.

"I value theirs and my own privacy around my private life and it is for me to share as and when I feel that time is right."

Christine went on to say that she would not use the phrase "partner-in-crime" to describe somebody and wouldn't brand someone she is still getting to know as her "soulmate".

"I am just enjoying some company when I can and not in any rush to get into a relationship, I’m simply dating and having fun in my own time," she clarified.

The reality star confirmed she was dating again earlier this year, gushing that she is "the happiest" she's ever felt.

"I met them on my birthday through mutual friends and we’ve been dating since June," she told the Mail Online. "It’s someone I know. I wasn’t thinking anything at the time but we kept in touch and it’s so nice and laidback.

"There are no labels and that’s what’s been amazing. Paddy hasn’t met them. It’s still new and early days." While a guest on Loose Women back in August, Christine told the panellists that her new romance had "terms and conditions" in place.

She proceeded to say: "I am not cooking, that's the number one rule, I'm not doing the cooking it's not for me."

Christine's rumoured new love interest is believed to be model and DJ Roxxxan. The pair have been spotted together on several occasions, including last weekend during a night out and hotel stay in London.

In one snap, Christine was seen with her leg wrapped around the DJ, as the pair beamed for the camera. Previous pictures also show the mother-of-three and Roxxxan heading off on a holiday together in Spain earlier this year, however neither have confirmed they are dating.

Paddy and Christine announced their split in 2022 after 11 years of marriage and officially divorced this year.
