The Circle spoilers follow.

The Circle saw its most shocking blocking yet in tonight's episode (March 26), as Andy was given the power to boot whoever he wished out of the competition.

After last night's ratings, Dorothy (aka Scott) and Tally (who's playing as herself) found themselves at risk of elimination, and were given just 24 hours to convince their players that they deserved to stick around.

Unlike a typical blocking, though, just one contestant got to decide who was sent packing rather than the whole group.

Host Emma Willis video-called the gang to explain the situation, instructing those in the Circle to each nominate who they want to be The Blocker as part of a majority vote wins scenario.

Eventually, they all agreed on Andy – even Manrika, which surprised James, who is posing as Gemma, as he'd assumed Manrika would've picked her as she was more likely to save her 'geezer girl' pal Tally.

Later, Andy opened up a chat with Manrika – whose actions had left viewers divided recently – to see how she was feeling about her best bud being in the bottom two.

During their catch-up, the latter made it clearer than ever where her loyalties lie between Felix (aka Natalya) and Tally, and admitted that while she loves Tally, her heart is "telling her something isn't right".

Inspired by his gut feeling and strengthened by Manrika's confession, Andy went on to select Tally as the person blocked from the make-believe virtual platform and she was forced to pack her bags and leave the recognisable apartment building for good.

Not before she opted to meet one of her fellow players face-to-face, though...

The Circle continues on Monday night (March 29) at 10pm on Channel 4 and All 4.
