Brace yourselves – it's finally happened. Yes, The Circle's Kate (aka Alex) has been rumbled by one of the other players at last.

Tonight's (September 24) episode of The Circle was every bit as twisty and unexpected as before, but the stakes were raised considerably when not one but two players were blocked.

After Dan, Freddie and Genelle were made influencers by the rest of the group's ratings, the three decided to give 65-year-old 'Christopher' the boot.

In a shock twist, the influencers were then tasked with blocking yet another player, deciding after tense deliberation that it was Aiden's turn to leave the Circle.

While a double-blocking was surprising enough for fans, things were soon turned upside down when Aiden was given the opportunity to visit one of the other players. Although gutted to have left the competition, Aiden was looking forward to putting a face to a name.

And it just so happened that Aiden wanted to put a face to the name Kate. Y'know, the one who's actually a guy called Alex.

Now is that a game-changer, or is that a game-changer?

Understandably, viewers were thrilled at the prospect of Kate's true identity being revealed, with one fan calling the moment "TV gold". Another called the series "the best thing to happen" all year, lamenting the long 24-hour wait until tomorrow's episode.

Will Aiden manage to say anything other than "F**K OFF" to Kate – and how will Alex's gameplan change now that Kate has been rumbled?

Find out when The Circle continues tomorrow (September 25) at 10pm on Channel 4.
