Bold Street Coffee will also giveaway 100 free drinks from 10am. The drinks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Kate Heathcote, community engagement manager for Bruntwood SciTech, said: "Our aim for the spring festival is to showcase the amazing talent that Liverpool has to offer, and the fantastic innovations homegrown in the city that are putting us on the map both nationally and internationally. There’s going to be an impressive mix of traders selling their products, as well as offering insights into the creativity and technology behind their business making.
"This is a valuable experience for people to come along to eat, drink, shop and at the same time learn about what makes a good innovator from local traders and talent. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to The Plaza and St Paul’s Square and to see the buzz that the event will bring to the city centre."
The festival will also include an Innovation and Business Growth Breakfast event in the Cotton Exchange building. The festival aims to celebrate Liverpool's exciting pioneering and innovative business ventures. You can find more on the spring Makers Market here.
