City Council to discuss Bradbeers and plans for the old Post Office
SALISBURY City Council's planning committee is meeting tomorrow with a variety of items on the agenda.
Among the items on the agenda is the application for a solar farm at Petersfinger.
The project will be a 7 acre solar array consisting of 2736 panels located in Petersfinger next to the Salisbury sewage treatment station.
The committee will also take a look at plans to turn the old post office into one and two-bedroom flats.
The building, on the corner of Castle Street and Chipper Lane, has been empty since the Post Office closed in March 2016.
There are two licence applications to be discussed: one for Martins on 34 Blue Boar Row, and one for Bradbeers.
There is also a highways improvement request form for Coombe Road/Old Blandford Road Junction.
The meeting is at 6.30pm on Monday, September 25.
