Longview Municipal Court announces program to resolve warrants and reduce fees

People with outstanding Class C warrants will not be arrested if they take care of their warrants at the Marshall Municipal Court prior to the roundup, the city said.

If people do not resolve their warrants, they could be arrested, have their vehicle impounded and the possibility of their photo shared publicly, the Marshall Police Department said.

“It’s important to note that addressing Class C warrants is a vital part of maintaining law and order and ensures that resources are available for addressing more serious crimes,” Marshall PD said. “Every aspect of community safety is important to us, and this initiative is part of our broader commitment to keeping Marshall safe and just for all.”
