Clapham triple stabbing attack leaves one dead and two in hospital with huge crime scene set up
One person has died and two have suffered injuries after an early morning triple stabbing attack in Clapham. Paramedics rushed to the scene shortly after 4am this morning (Sunday, September 29) in Wandsworth Road on the Clapham and Battersea border.
London Ambulance Service says one victim died at the scene, while another was rushed to hospital as a priority. Wandsworth Road remains closed between Queenstown Road and Lambourn Road while emergency services attend the incident.
It's affecting traffic between Clapham Junction and Clapham Old Town - with three London bus routes diverted.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4:07am today (Sunday, September 29) to reports of a stabbing incident in Wandsworth Road. We sent a number of resources to the scene, including ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars, an advanced paramedic, an incident response officer and London’s Air Ambulance.
"Our crews treated three people at the scene. Sadly, despite the best effort of emergency services, one person died at the scene. One person was conveyed to a major trauma centre and another was conveyed to hospital.”
