New Delhi, Dec 20 (IANS) It was a sunny morning with a cold, bracing breeze bringing on the shivers in the capital Thursday. The minimum temperature settled at 9.5 degrees Celsius - a notch above the season's average.
"A light mist enveloped the city early morning. But the day will remain clear. The maximum temperature will be around 23 degrees Celsius," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 64 percent.
Wednesday's maximum temperature was 22.7 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, while the minimum was three notches above the season's average at 11.3 degrees Celsius.
