Dele Alli comes face to face with referee Clement Turpin on Tuesday evening for the first time since the Tottenham man's middle-finger gesture.

Turpin was the match official for England's win over Slovakia in which television cameras picked up Alli's gesture, which he claimed was aimed towards former Spurs team-mate Kyle walker and saw him banned for one game.

The 35-year-old will officiate Tuesday's Champions League game between Borussia Dortmund and Spurs at Signal Iduna Park.

Mauricio Pochettino has told Alli to "be aware" after the previous encounter between the pair, though added that he very much doubts Turpin will have the incident in mind.
