Clever, Colorful Parrot Trained to Use Toilet

Many parrots are known for their ability to mimic human conversation but one pet parrot in Baltimore, Maryland, has learned how to mimic another human habit: using a toilet.

Video from Amanda Boles shows her potty-trained bird, a sun conure named Skittles, perching on the edge of a toilet seat, going for a “number two”, and then chirping excitedly after relieving himself.

Boles told Storyful she’s had her “best friend” Skittles for almost four years. “He is full of life, very entertaining,” she said. Credit: Fitandfancy_/Skittles_Jontavius_Laquavius via Storyful
