Click & Collect service officially launches at Grimsby's Primark store just in time for Christmas
The Click & Collect service has officially launched at Grimsby's Primark store this week - just in time for the Christmas shopping season.
The store in Freshney Place was among four others in the UK to launch the service on Wednesday, joining the list of more than 100 others nationwide.
Customers in Grimsby will now be able to browse thousands of women's, men's, kid's and homeware products on the Primark website, pay for them online and pick them up in-store.

Kari Rodgers, UK Retail Director at Primark, said: “We’re already seeing strong uptake for Click & Collect as we continue to roll out the service nationwide, and we expect this demand to grow as we head into the busy festive shopping season. We hope our customers up and down the country find their shopping experiences just that little bit easier this year thanks to the added convenience our service brings.
“Now that Click & Collect is available at more than half of our British stores, we’re pleased to be offering shoppers more opportunities than ever to enjoy our great value, affordable fashion.”
The launch of the Click & Collect service at Grimsby's Primark comes after the retailer unveiled its largest ever Christmas range, featuring classic and colourful decorations, an all-new Grinch collection, matching jumpers for the whole family, and more.
Primark’s iconic brown paper bag has also undergone its annual festive transformation, with its red striped bags helping to mark the arrival of Christmas on the high street. The limited-edition festive bags double as recyclable wrapping paper and feature handy cutting lines and easy instructions for a more sustainable budget-friendly gift wrap option.
Primark is celebrating 50 years on the British high street this year after opening its first store in Derby in September 1974. Earlier this year, the retailer announced its plans to roll out Click & Collect to all 185 stores across England, Scotland and Wales by the end of 2025.
