Many of us have spent the past two weekends green-eyed with envy at all the Coachella snaps bombarding our Instagram feeds.

But now that it's over, we can sit back, put Beyonce on repeat and start to appreciate the festival fashion.

As always, Coachella street style saw an eclectic mix; from streetwear-inspired silhouettes, complete with bumbags and teeny tiny sunglasses, to boho floral ensembles and, of course, a large sprinkle of sparkle.

The disco in the desert also saw Kylie Jenner sport several different fashion wigs, as she made her first appearance since giving birth to baby Stormi. Plus, Rihanna served up some seriously fashion-forward looks, including over-the-knee Uggs and a Gucci balaclava.

So, as we wait in anticipation for the British festival season to start, here are all the 'Chella trends you should be keeping an eye on:

Western Vibes

It’s time to say a big yee-haw to Western vibes.

After dominating the SS18 catwalks, rodeo-inspired items were officially declared 'in' at Coachella.

Cowboy boots were the stomping shoe of choice as influencers paired them with floral dresses or flowing kimonos.

Tassels, studded Western outerwear and bandanas were also a popular fashion choice.

Plus, in a surprising twist, cowboy hats even made an appearance, with influencer Leonie Hanne perfectly pairing one with a rainbow Dior dress for a boho luxe look.

Crochet

Yep, the festival classic is back.

Although crochet often makes an appearance on the festival scene, this season, the knitted material is even more prominent than usual.

Why? Well, in a bid to put a fresh 2018 spin on the summer favourite, items have been jazzed up with added adornments, from rainbow flowers to tassels.

Denim and a White Tee

What do off-duty models wear to Coachella? Denim and a white tee, apparently.

Bella Hadid rocked up to the Levi party in a plain Fendi crop top, denim shorts and matching white accessories (including a very '90s fluffy hair tie).

Romee Strijd then followed suit, pairing denim cut-offs with a white body and bumbag. Meanwhile, Shanina Shaik switched things up a little by going for a skirt and chunky Dr Martens.

Fluffy Flip Flops

For those of us in Britain, wearing flip flops to a festival is a big no-no. But, Coachella, with its unrelenting heat, and no mud in sight, is a pretty safe bet for open toe shoes.

British blogger Naomi Ross styled multiple pairs of fluffy sandals from Ugg's summer collection over the weekend, as did Dove Cameron, Manon Lanza and Olivia Frost.

Lastly, can we all just take a moment to appreciate Rihanna, who absolutely slayed by rocking both the Western trend and braved the over-the-knee Ugg x Y Project boots over the weekend.
