Coast Guard Aircrew Searches Key West for Residents in Distress After Devastating Hurricane

US Coast Guard aircrews flew over Key West, Florida, on Thursday, September 29, to search for people in distress and assess the damage after Hurricane Ian devastated parts of the state.

Footage released by the coast guard shows a Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Clearwater flying over the island, which is Florida’s southernmost point.
