Coastguard Rescues Trapped Locals After Typhoon Rai Hits the Philippines

Coastguard workers rescued locals trapped in floodwaters in Bohol in the Philippines, on December 17, after Typhoon Rai battered parts of the country.

This footage, uploaded by Coast Guard Western Bohol, shows emergency workers traversing through floodwaters via boat, rescuing people who had become stuck on roofs and in trees.
