Painting at home is all fun and games, but it can quickly become messy as paint coming out of pots tends to splash everywhere. Well, not anymore.

New South Wales-based DIY aficionado Matthew Peters often posts wacky hacks using different power tools to his @maxskippower TikTok account, and recently came up with a simple but efficient painting hack.

In the video, Peters simply cuts a bottle of Coca-Cola in two, and secures the top half over a pot of paint. He then safely pours paint into the other half of the bottle, without spilling so much as a drop. Credit: Matthew Peters via Storyful
