Sheridan revealed that the musical special will pay tribute to the teachers who dedicate themselves to their students, adding that gratitude will be a central theme in The Nursery Rhyme Musical.

"This special is really about honoring teachers and demonstrating gratitude for them: from helping kids transition to a new school routine, to instilling little ones with a love of learning, to modeling social-emotional skills in the classroom," she continued.

Per the outlet, CoComelon Lane: The Nursery Rhyme Musical will begin with Ms. Appleberry going the extra mile to help Cece celebrate her birthday. In an effort to say thank you, CeCe enlists the help of her friends and parents to organize a surprise musical for Ms. Appleberry.

In a trailer released by Netflix, CeCe announces her plans to show Ms. Appleberry some much deserved appreciation by leading viewers through a theater.

"We're going to put on a show!" she exclaims. "A dancing and singing show for Ms. Appleberry!"

In addition to a new original song, "The Grateful Song," kids can expect to hear classics like "Row, Row, Row Your Boat," "Itsy Bitsy Spider," "Muffin Man," "Old MacDonald," "Pop! Goes the Weasel," "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" and a twist to another classic, "If You're Happy and You Know It!"

"Through ... 'The Grateful Song,' we show how little ones can express gratitude for those they love in many different ways," Sheridan said. "For example, making a card, giving a token of appreciation, baking a treat, singing a song, being kind, or simply saying the words 'thank you!'"

She continued, "The Nursery Rhyme Musical features the 'If You’re Grateful And You Know It' song, where young viewers can participate from home. The song includes a moment where children at home are called upon to help JJ, Cece, and friends put on the show, too!"
