Coleen Rooney fans spot her 'twin' son in back to school snap

Coleen Rooney has shared a photo of "my gang" as her four sons return to school following the summer holidays. The 38-year-old has been married to the former Everton and Manchester United star Wayne Rooney for 16 years, but is also a household name in her own right.

Coleen and Wayne share sons Kai, 14, Klay, 11, Kit, eight, and Cass, six. On Friday morning, Coleen shared a photo of her children as they stood in order from oldest to youngest, all posing in their school uniforms.

The WAG said: "My Gang [heart emojis]…. Year 10…7…4…2 Have a great school year 2024/2025 everyone". Fans have rushed to wish Coleen well in the post's comments section, with many commenting on the likeness between her and one of her sons.

Alex said: "The second one looks like you, all the rest look like Wayne" and Kelly said: "Klay is mama's twin!" Laura said: "Second one is the image of you Coleen". Other social media users have commented on how grown up Kai looks, as @ltwig7 said: "Absolutely gorgeous perfect Rooney boys. Two youngest daddy’s double and Kai too cool for pics".

Claire said: "Kai looks about 25! Mad how quick these kids grow!" Dozza said: "I remember when Kai was born and now he's older than me, or something".

Wayne has recently become head coach at Plymouth Argyle, though Coleen decided against leaving their family home in Cheshire with him. In an interview with the Mail on Sunday last month, the former Everton star revealed that Coleen would not be joining him in the South West.

Instead, the 38-year old is staying at their £20m Cheshire mansion alongside her four sons Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass. A source has now told Closer that Coleen made the decision to remain in the North West in a bid to boost their marriage.
