Coleen Rooney heads to I'm A Celebrity jungle in £1k pyjamas as she leaves Wayne with 'rules'
Excitement is mounting for the new series of I'm A Celebrity as many celebrities have been spotted getting ready to jet off to the jungle. Coleen Rooney, the wife of Plymouth Argyle head coach Wayne Rooney, was seen at Manchester Airport ahead of Sunday's launch (November 17).
A dozen celebrities are anticipated to endure up to three weeks in the jungle, with the tradition of late arrivals adding two more famous faces later in the series. Coleen, who has reportedly bagged the highest fee in the show's history of over £1.5 million, seemed to pack lightly with just a single suitcase and a hand luggage bag.
Comfort was clearly a priority for the 38-year-old as she donned a black and white patterned silk pyjama set from Toteme worth £1,060. The ensemble included an oversized open shirt, wide-leg trousers, a black vest top underneath, and white trainers.

Her brunette hair was neatly tied back in a ponytail, and she opted for minimal makeup for the long-haul flight. Coleen was seen checking into First Class Platinum for the Emirates flight with her black Chanel handbag and cabin bag in tow.
While she's braving the jungle, her footballer husband Wayne will be on dad duty, looking after their four sons, Kai Wayne, Klay Anthony, Kit Joseph and Cass Mac. A source recently revealed to OK! Magazine that Coleen has set out a list of 'rules' for Wayne during her potential three-week absence from their Cheshire home and children. The top rule is a firm warning not to embarrass her.
"Coleen is very, very savvy and she knows that her going into the jungle will put them both under a spotlight," they claimed. "People will be watching everything she says and does and she knows it'll be the same for Wayne so she wants to make sure everything goes smoothly."
"She doesn't want to come out of the jungle and see that Wayne has done something silly and be humiliated. She's given him clear rules and told him 'the boys need you, don't mess up, don't humiliate me'." Wayne will be in charge of their four children during Coleen's I'm A Celeb stint.
"He's not allowed to go out partying or drinking when he's at home or in Plymouth, and when he finishes work at the football club he has to drive straight home to Cheshire and be at home with the boys." Wayne is also instructed to ensure he attends all the kids' school activities and clubs when he's at home, and to "just be the best dad he can be," the source added.
Elsewhere, Danny Jones, 38, famed for his role in McFly, touched down at Brisbane Airport on Sunday, hinting that he's in Australia to work on a solo project separate from his bandmates. Coronation Street stalwart Alan Halsall, 42 - known to millions as Tyrone Dobbs since 1998 - was another to arrive.
The actor looks set to emulate fellow 'Corrie' stars who've braved the jungle before him, including good friend Andy Whyment, I'm A Celebrity's 2019 runner-up. On landing, Alan played it cool, claiming he was there to "play golf," reported the Mirror.
Sunday evening saw N-Dubz star and ex-'X Factor' judge Tulisa Contostavlos, 36, make her way through Brisbane airport. The incognito singer hinted at fast food cravings, asking: "Is there a McDonald's around here? ".
