YouTube star Colleen Ballinger has given birth to a “perfect” baby boy with fiancé Eric Stocklin.

The Miranda Sings creator, who has a starring role in Ariana Grande’s Thank U, Next video, announced the news on Twitter, posting “he’s perfect” alongside a heart eyes emoji.

The tweet came hours after Ballinger revealed she was in labour with an “oh my god” tweet followed by a picture of her in her hospital bed with an iced coffee and phone in hand.

Grande, who has been close friends with Ballinger for many years, shared the baby excitement as she tweeted “omg” at the star, followed by: “I love you so much”.

Ballinger, 32, confirmed her relationship with Haters Back Off co-star Stocklin earlier this year, revealing their engagement and pregnancy shortly after.

Since then, fans of the star have been eagerly waiting for their baby boy to arrive as Ballinger regularly kept followers and subscribers up-to-date on her pregnancy.

Earlier this month, Ballinger appeared in Grande’s record-breaking video for Thank U Next, in which she joked about her pregnancy.

In the first scene of the video, which parodies several popular teen films, Ballinger channels her inner North Shore High student from Mean Girls.

She says: “One time on Twitter, I heard Ariana was pregnant so I got pregnant so we could be pregnant at the same time…”

As the camera cuts to her big bump she adds: “Turns out it was just a rumour.”
