Colorado Wildlife Officers Rescue Owl Caught on Fishing Hooks

Wildlife officials in Colorado Springs rescued a great horned owl on Tuesday, October 8, after it got caught on treble hooks from a fishing line.

Footage tweeted by the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Southeast Region shows officers Cassidy English and Codi Inloes-Williams carefully cutting the owl free from the fishing line.
