Community 'Left in Shock' by Double Fatal Shooting

Northland Police said on Thursday, July 27, they would be undertaking a forensic examination of the area in Whangarei where two women were gunned down and killed on July 26.

A third person, a man, was injured when the offender allegedly opened fire on them as they arrived to conduct a property inspection at the residence.

The New Zealand Herald later reported the building was on fire.
