Concern for welfare of man 'not able to tell police who he is'

A man found by police in Epsom has has 'not been able' to tell officers who he is. He was found by Surrey Police in the early hours of this morning (November 15) in Burgh Heath Road, Epsom Downs.

Police said he has not been able to tell them who he is and are concerned for his welfare. The man is currently in their care. Surrey Police has issued a public appeal for anyone with information that could help them identify them man and ensure his safe return home.

A spokesperson said: "Can you help us identify this man? He was found last night (15 November), in Burgh Heath Road, #Epsom Downs, and is currently in our care. He has not been able to tell us who he is, and we are concerned for his welfare.
