Police in Devon are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man. Vlad Dumitru, 46, has been reported missing from the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in Exeter.

Vlad was last seen on Barrack Road at 11.20am on Friday, November 29. Vlad is described as a white male with short brown hair. He was wearing a cream coloured Jumper, black tracksuit bottoms and grey trainers.

If you have seen Vlad or know any information which could lead to his whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log 0415 30/11/2024.
