Concerns grow for Scots woman not seen since Saturday in Glasgow city centre

Concerns are increasing for a Scots woman who has not been seen since Saturday in Glasgow city centre.

Cops are asking for the public's assistance to trace Becky Griffin from Wishaw who disappeared over the weekend.

Becky, missing from Newmains was last seen on Argyll Street at around 17::25 on July 6.

The 31-year-old is described as white, 5ft 6 inches, with long blonde hair and a medium build.

When she was last seen she was wearing a grey jumper, grey tracksuit trousers, a cream knee-length body warmer and cream sandals.

Police are concerned for her safety and asking any one with information to get in touch.

A spokesperson for the Force said: "If you have any information that can assist in tracing Becky, please contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2314 of 8th July 2024."
