A bus became stuck after appearing to crash into a front garden in south London, much to the confusion of local residents.
The incident happened shortly before 3pm on Saturday afternoon in Selsdon, Croydon, and the bus, which appeared to have damaged a tree, took several hours to be removed.
Traffic was put on diversion while the incident was dealt with, police said.
Many people took to Twitter to express bemusement at the situation.
Simon Hutton said: “Interesting bit of bus parking in Selsdon or had they asked for the bus stop to be moved closer?!”
Brandon Tolle added: “Your kidding right?? Who would back a bus into someone’s front garden??”

A Met Police spokesman said: "Police were called at 2.54pm on Saturday afternoon to reports of a bus rolling back and colliding in to a garden wall on Old Farleigh Road.
"No one was injured."
