Conservatives overtake Labour in Survation pre-election poll

(Reuters) - Britain's ruling Conservative party overtook Labour to score 34 percent support ahead of the May 7 election in an opinion poll by Survation published on Friday. The survey, conducted for the Daily Mirror newspaper, put Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservatives up four points since April 9, while Labour were down two points at 33 percent.
