A man is wanted on recall to prison. Merseyside Police said they are appealing for help to find Kevin Robert Rutter who has reportedly breached his licence conditions for theft offences.

The 33-year-old is from Liverpool city centre and is described as 5ft 9in tall, with slim build, brown hair and blue eyes. Rutter is also known to frequent Leasowe, Birkenhead, Bebington and Liverpool city centre areas.
