Controversy over Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott GQ magazine cover

Cape Town – Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are GQ magazine’s August cover stars, marking their first ever cover photo shoot as a couple.

The cover, photographed by Paola Kudacki, shows Travis wearing a pin-striped suit and seated on a chair while Kylie is propped on his left knee, wearing only a black bodysuit.

While the feature advertises the 20-year-old and the 26-year-old as “a billionaire business mogul" and “the most electric rapper in the game,” fans do not think they are being represented that way.

Following the unveiling of the cover on Twitter, fans flooded the tweet with comments asking why Travis is fully clothed and Kylie not.

Describing Travis and Kylie as a “the most dynamic celebrity couple of modern times,” GQ’s Mark Anthony Green discusses everything from love to the supposed Kardashian curse with the duo – who share 5-month-old daughter Stormi.

The cover backlash comes after fans disagreed with Forbes magazine's decision to include Kylie in their list of the 60 richest self-made women in America.
