Cops issue warning as driver fined for parking at crossing
A DRIVER was fined for parking at a crossing area in Clydebank.
Road policing officers spotted the "inconsiderate" parking on the busy A814 in the town yesterday.
The 22-year-old man was fined £100 and issued three points on his licence for stopping at the controlled crossing area.
Road Policing Scotland said: "While on patrol, #DumbartonRP came across this inconsiderate parking on the #A814 Clydebank today.
"The 22-year-old male driver was issued a conditional offer of three penalty points and £100 fine for stopping in the controlled area of a crossing. #YouCantParkThereSir #DriveSmart."
