Cornwall campsite is 'most unique' in the UK and has won ANOTHER award
A Cornwall campsite has added another title to its accolades. Wildflower Wood is a woodland eco-glamping site in St Ives Bay.
After claiming a national award for Most Unique Site in 2022, Wildflower Wood at Beersheba Farm has now won runner-up in the 2024 Best Glamping Site (SWEngland) category from Campsites.co.uk. Set in a woodland overlooking St Ives Bay, Wildflower Wood has five glamping pods.
Celebrating the fifth full summer this year, owners Victoria and Andrew Jelbert's business has full house of 5 star reviews on Campsites.co.uk. Comments include "A little piece of heavenly wilderness”, “A magical place”, “Absolutely perfect”, “Fantastic glamping holiday”.

Owner Andrew Jelbert said: “Wildflower Wood is a special place where guests can relax and get away from hectic, modern living. Waking up under the trees with a gorgeous view across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse makes such a magical holiday. It's great to receive this award, it's the icing on the cake!”
Set in five acres of protected woodland, the off-grid glamping site is open from spring until autumn. The Blue Flag beach at Carbis Bay is a mile-and-a-half from the site, while the beaches of St Ives and Hayle are not much further.
Guests at Wildflower Wood stay in one of five cosy Landpods on the seafacing side of the woodland. Each Landpod sleeps four or five and has its own outdoor cooking, dining and firepit area.
Private facilities – a shower and a washroom with sink and Swedish-designed waterless toilet for each pod – are close by. Two pods also accept dogs.
Stays at Wildflower Wood in 2025 are £130-£250 for two nights, or week stays from £435-£750, per Landpod (sleeps up to five). Minimum three-night stays in July and August. For more information visit www.beersheba.co.uk.
