A Christmas fair promising to be Cornwall's "most vibrant" is returning for this festive season. Shoppers can browse over 60 stalls of independent makers at the event - with everything from gift ideas to home accessories and artisan food and drink.

Organisers of Cornwall Christmas Fair, held annually at Eden Project, say highlights this year will include striking artwork from renowned Cornish potter and artist Paul Jackson, meaningful gifts for the home from Gone Rural and jewellery handmade in Cornwall by Chloe Michell.

The Cornwall Bakery Food Hall will also be filled with delicious festive food and expect the likes of Baker Tom’s Christmas breads and mince pies, fruit liqueurs from The Oxton Liqueur Company and chocolate delights by SugarSpice.

A percentage of profits will go to the Cornwall Community Foundation, with last year's event raising almost £80,000. Charities and initiatives that benefited from the 2023 fair included The Women’s Centre Cornwall, Young & Talented Cornwall, St Petrocs, The Oasis Centre and ClayTAWC.

The Cornwall Christmas Fair is organised by a team of volunteers and supported by sponsors. Co-chair Kate Holborow said: "The Cornwall Christmas Fair brings together incredible stallholders in an unmatchable location nestled between the Eden Project’s twinkling biomes. Come to shop, eat amazing food and enjoy the festivities, all while raising money for a good cause.

“Thanks to our brilliant supporters and team of volunteers who have been hard at work all year, we also have some fantastic prizes available. Our grand prize draw, kindly sponsored by Stacks Property Search is offering the chance to win prizes such as a £1000 voucher to spend online or in-store at Selfridges and a Howard Milton oil painting.

"The winner of The Rodda’s Cornish Pot of Gold Hunt will be enjoying a swim at the iconic Aqua Club followed by a full afternoon tea for four at The Headland Hotel. Last year's event sold out well ahead so it's best to grab a ticket while you can."

Another new addition to the fair this year is a hand-painted Cornwall Christmas Fair Bauble, painted by Cornish artist Diane Griffiths. The Great Coodes Christmas Cake Stand is also returning with another selection of festive cakes and bakes home baked by cooks across Cornwall.
