Quick-thinking Robert tries to come up with a convincing cover story, claiming that he's meeting up with Vicky as he wants to help her troublesome son Tyler find a new job.

Later on, Steve shares the gossip with his wife Tracy (Kate Ford), but the big question is whether she'll really believe his excuses about Tyler.

After her previous run-ins with the Jefferies family, will Tracy be able to resist causing trouble? Plus, will Steve keep schtum after his own complicated history with Michelle?

In recent weeks, Coronation Street viewers have seen Robert trying to juggle two lives after discovering that Vicky is expecting his baby following a secret relationship between the pair.

As Robert is now back with Michelle and they're planning their wedding, he's desperate to make sure that his two worlds don't collide.

Tristan Gemmill, who plays Robert, recently admitted that his deceitful character would probably be better off just telling Michelle the truth.

Asked about the advice he'd give to Robert, Tristan laughed: "Just be honest! You get the script and you go: 'Dude, just tell her! She loves you, you love her. If you are meant to be together, this is the sort of thing you could probably get over'."

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV.
