Next week on 'Coronation Street': Ryan leaves after split from Alya? Fiz gets even and Todd resorts to crime (spoilers)
Fiz’s story makes headlines in the press – with Tyrone painted as the villain. Plus Ryan and Alya split up and Todd’s underhanded actions get Paul in big trouble.
It’s all you need to know about Coronation Street in the week of the 12-16 July 2021.
Fiz sells her story
There’s both good and bad news for Fiz after she decides to get back into the romance game. When she signs up to a dating app, it isn’t long before she gets a message from a guy called Chris, who’d like for them to meet up (hooray!).
But when they rendezvous at the Bistro, Chris reveals that he’s a reporter who wants to hear Fiz’s story about being an aggrieved woman who’s been dumped for a younger model (boo!).

Despite being initially furious, Fiz does end up agreeing to take part. But when the article is published, Tyrone is left annoyed and approaches journo Daniel in the hope that he’ll help tell his side of things. But will his tit-for-tat tactic pay off?
Daisy splits up Ryan and Alya
Ryan starts the week in Daisy’s bed, but once up and dressed, he begs the little minx not to let slip that he was with her the previous night. So, what does Daisy do? Why, put Alya in the picture about what Ryan’s been up to, of course.
Hence Alya dumping Ryan, who ends up temporarily moving in at the Rovers, much to Daisy’s delight. And her scheme may just end up working, as when Ryan is later offered a DJ gig in Val d’Isere, Daisy is lightning quick when it comes to suggesting that she go too.
Todd needs cash for Will
A recently resurfaced Will is trying to extort money from Todd: either he pays up or the truth comes out about the scheme they concocted earlier this year. And when Billy reveals that he’s been given the go-ahead to spend £7,000 on a heat pump for the half-way house, Will suggests Todd steals it.
After Will then swipes Todd’s engagement ring and tells him that he won’t get it back until the job is done, a plan is put into action. But it’s Paul who ends up being bundled into a police car after getting blamed for the robbery.
Injury for George
After their recent set-to, Eileen will be seen relenting and offering Sean his old room back at No 11.
However, when she learns that George conspired with Sean behind her back, Eileen ends up berating the undertaker for his actions. But the showdown results in George toppling backwards and breaking his wrist – an accident that leaves Eileen feeling mortified.
Emma and Curtis saucy charity plan
Curtis and Emma have an idea as to how Steve can raise the £4,000 needed to get his charity fund up to £100,000. Their plan? A naked calendar shoot, with the likes of Dev, Kevin and Steve all showing off their wares for the good cause.
By Friday, everything appears ready, with Brian agreeing to take the photos and enough Street residents having signed up to the project. But Curtis then realises that he’s miscalculated and has 13 models in place rather than 12. So, who will be keeping their clothes on?
